Bodybuilder and actor known for showing off his physique in a music video for Jamey Johnson and various commercials, most theirly directing traffic in a Geico ad. He was named Mr. California in 2012.
An exceptional athlete, he earned a scholarship to play football at Fresno State. However, while in school, he was arrested for robbery and sentenced to 11 years in prison, where he developed his passion for bodybuilding.
He's developed a presence on social media, with more than 2.4 million subscribers to his YouTube channel and 900,000 followers on Instagram. He published a book called Xcon to Icon.
He grew up in Oakland. He married Dvyne Beverley.
He once appeared as a special guest on Maury.
