Crowned Miss America 2017, she is a veteran beauty pageant contestant who won the title of Miss Arkansas to gain entry into Miss America.
Her success in pageantry dates back to 2009 when she was named Miss Arkansas' Outstanding Teen.
She studied art at the University of Arkansas.
Her full name is Savannah Janine Shields. She has a brother named Dane; they were born to parents Todd and Karen. She married Nate Wolfe in the summer of 2018.
2016 Miss America winner Betty Cantrell placed the crown on top of Savvy's head as is Miss America tradition.
